We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus original shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
